Download and install

  1. Download Zoiper from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
  2. Open the Zoiper application

Configure your SIP account

You need your SIP credentials from CallFactory. If you do not have them, email support@callfactory.co with your customer number.

Android

Open Zoiper and enter the SIP details provided by our support team (endpoint number, server, port, and password). Authentication and proxy fields are not required. Zoiper will perform a test and notify you when the softphone is active.

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Press the + icon in the top right to add an account
  2. When asked if you already have an account, choose Yes
  3. Choose Manual configuration
  4. Select SIP account as the account type
  5. Fill in the SIP details provided by our support team (endpoint number, server, port, and password)
  6. Under network settings, change the transport from UDP to TCP

Zoiper is now registered. You can receive and make calls with your phone number.
