Download and install

  1. Go to zoiper.com and click Download
  2. Download the version for your operating system (Windows or Mac)
  3. Install the software and open the Zoiper application

Configure your SIP account

You need your SIP credentials from CallFactory. If you do not have them, email support@callfactory.co with your customer number.

Step 1 — On the first line, enter your endpoint number, server, and port in the following format:

[endpoint]@[server]:[port]

Fill in the details you received from our support team. On the second line, enter your password (watch out for spaces).

Step 2 — Enter the server and port:

[server]:[port]

Step 3 — Check the Optional box and enter the authentication username provided by CallFactory. Leave the outbound proxy field empty.

Step 4 — Click Next. If the details are correct, a SIP account is found. Select it and click Next again.

Zoiper is now registered. You can receive and make calls with your phone number.
