View Statistics for a Specific Period
By default, the Statistics page in the dashboard shows the past 30 days. You can change this to any period from a single day up to an entire year.
How to change the period
- Log in to the dashboard and go to Statistics
- At the top right under Show, click on the displayed dates
- A date picker opens — click the start date and the end date of the period you want to view
- Click Apply
The statistics update immediately.
Tip: to view statistics for a single day, select the same date as both the start and end date.
Note: longer periods with high call volumes may take a moment to load.
