By default, the Statistics page in the dashboard shows the past 30 days. You can change this to any period from a single day up to an entire year.

How to change the period

  1. Log in to the dashboard and go to Statistics
  2. At the top right under Show, click on the displayed dates
  3. A date picker opens — click the start date and the end date of the period you want to view
  4. Click Apply

The statistics update immediately.

Tip: to view statistics for a single day, select the same date as both the start and end date.

Note: longer periods with high call volumes may take a moment to load.
