View Call Statistics per Employee
If you have multiple endpoints (team members) receiving calls, you can view statistics broken down per person.
How to view employee statistics
- Log in to the dashboard
- Go to Statistics
- Set the period you want to review
- Go to Specification
You now see an overview of all calls during that period.
Download as Excel
Click Download as Excel at the top of the page. The downloaded file contains several tabs:
- Overall Data — all call information for the selected period
- One tab per endpoint — named after each endpoint, showing only the calls that were answered by that person
Note: the individual endpoint tabs only include calls that were actually answered. Calls abandoned by the caller before pickup are not shown on the per-endpoint tabs, only on the Overall Data tab.
