You can receive your call statistics by email on a schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly — without having to log in to the dashboard.

How to set it up

In the dashboard, go to Number Settings and find Statistics Email Reports. Switch it on and choose how often you want to receive the reports.

The emails include an overview of the number of calls, average talk time, calls per hour, and a top 5 of frequent callers. This gives you a quick snapshot of how your phone number is performing.

Employee statistics reports

You can also receive separate reports showing the number of calls and talk time per endpoint. Switch on Employee Statistics Email Reports in the same settings screen.
