You can set your opening hours in the dashboard so calls are handled differently depending on the day and time.

How to set it up

  1. Log in to the dashboard and go to Settings.
  2. Select Opening Hours Schedule.
  3. Choose the days and times you want to be reachable.
  4. Click Save.

Outside the hours you set, calls can be forwarded to a closed message, voicemail, or a different endpoint.

To add a closed message, go back to Settings and switch on Closed Message. Changes take effect immediately.
