Set Opening Hours
You can set your opening hours in the dashboard so calls are handled differently depending on the day and time.
How to set it up
- Log in to the dashboard and go to Settings.
- Select Opening Hours Schedule.
- Choose the days and times you want to be reachable.
- Click Save.
Outside the hours you set, calls can be forwarded to a closed message, voicemail, or a different endpoint.
To add a closed message, go back to Settings and switch on Closed Message. Changes take effect immediately.
