Set Up the Holiday Calendar
The holiday calendar lets you handle calls differently on specific dates — bank holidays, company holidays, or any other day you are closed. It overrides your regular opening hours automatically.
How it works
In the dashboard, go to Number Settings and find the Holiday Calendar option. Switch it on and set the dates you want to treat as holidays.
For each holiday, you choose what happens to incoming calls: play a closed message, forward to voicemail, or route to a different endpoint.
You can add or remove dates at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
