Yes. If callers hear a busy tone when your line is engaged, you can activate a queue so they wait in line instead of being turned away.

How it works

Your phone number is a virtual number. Calls arrive on our platform first, then get forwarded to your phone or phone system. Because the call passes through our platform, we can add features like a queue — something a regular phone line cannot do.

When a queue is active, callers hear a hold message instead of a busy tone. Every 10 seconds our system checks whether someone is available. As soon as a line opens up, the caller is patched through automatically.

Queue settings

By default, a maximum of 5 callers can wait in the queue at the same time. If you expect higher volumes — for example after a TV appearance or marketing campaign — contact our support team to increase this limit.

You can also choose what happens when the queue is full: play a message, forward to voicemail, or route to a different number.

Our support team handles the queue setup for you. Just let us know you would like a queue activated and we take care of the rest.
