Go to the Endpoints screen in your dashboard and click Edit in the top right corner. From here you can edit or delete any endpoint in your address book.

What can be an endpoint?

An endpoint is anything that receives your forwarded calls. This can be a mobile phone, a VoIP device such as a desktop phone or softphone (on mobile or desktop), another phone system, a SaaS tool, or an AI platform.

Editing an endpoint

Click Edit next to the endpoint you want to change. You can update the name and the phone number.

Availability and call order

Each endpoint has an availability toggle — switch it on or off to control who is available to take calls. This is useful when someone is on a break, out of the office, or finished for the day.

You can also set the order in which endpoints are called. Our system rings the first person in the list. If there is no answer, it tries the next one, and so on. To change the order, simply drag and drop an endpoint up or down in the list.

Deleting an endpoint

Click on the endpoint you want to remove, then click Delete. The endpoint is removed immediately.
