All international numbers from CallFactory are virtual. Calls are forwarded to any phone number you choose — your office, a mobile, or a team abroad. You do not need to be physically present in that country.

Step 1: Choose the country

Go to our international numbers page and select the country you need. You will see what types of numbers are available — in most countries you can choose between toll-free numbers and local or national numbers.

Step 2: Pick your number

Browse the available numbers and select the one you want. If you need numbers in multiple countries, repeat steps 1 and 2 until your order is complete.

Step 3: Place your order

Click the order button to go to your basket. Fill in your company details and click submit. No payment details are needed at this stage. Once your number is live, you can test it first. When you are happy, we are happy too — and we transfer your details into our billing system.
