All settings for your phone number are managed from the dashboard. This includes features like whisper tone, phone menu, queue, welcome message, and more.

How to change settings

Log in to the dashboard and go to Number Settings. You see an overview of all available features, each with an on/off toggle to enable or disable it.

Some features have additional settings that appear automatically when you switch them on — for example, statistics by email lets you choose which days and times to receive reports.

All changes are saved automatically and take effect immediately.

Call recording settings

Call recording has its own settings page. In the dashboard, go to Call Recording and then Settings to configure it.
