When call recording is enabled, all inbound calls are automatically recorded. You can manage your recordings from the dashboard.

Viewing your recordings

Go to Call Recording in the dashboard. You see an overview of all recorded calls for the selected number, showing:

  • The caller’s number
  • The duration of the call
  • The date and time
  • The total number of recorded calls

Recording details

Click on any recording to see the full details:

  • Date and time of the call
  • The caller’s number
  • The number that was dialled
  • Which endpoint answered the call

From here you can listen to the recording, download it as an audio file, or mark it so you can find it easily later in the overview.
