The web interface is where you manage your entire CallFactory setup. When you log in, you see your phone numbers, the devices and destinations connected to each number, and a summary of recent call activity.

From here you can configure every aspect of your phone system: add or remove phone numbers, set up call forwarding rules, manage phone teams, download softphone licenses, send SMS messages, and review statistics. Everything is in one place — there is no need to switch between different tools or portals.

Manage phone numbers and routing

Add new phone numbers directly from the web interface — local numbers, national numbers, toll-free numbers, or international numbers. Each number has its own configuration page where you set the forwarding destinations, ring order, business hours, and IVR menu.

Changes take effect immediately. Need to redirect your main number to a different team? Update the destination and it is live. Going on holiday? Switch to an out-of-hours message in seconds. The web interface puts you in control without needing to contact support.

Devices and softphone licenses

The web interface shows all devices connected to your phone system: desk phones, softphones, and mobile phones. You can add or remove devices, view their connection status, and manage VoIP accounts.

Softphone licenses for Linphone are downloaded and managed directly from the dashboard. Generate a new license, send the download link to a colleague, or reassign a license when someone leaves the team — all without leaving the web interface.

Call statistics and reporting

The web interface gives you insight into your call activity. View the number of incoming and outgoing calls, see which numbers and destinations are busiest, and analyse call patterns by time of day, day of the week, or month.

Use this data to staff your phone team at the right times, identify peak hours, and spot trends. Statistics are available per phone number and per destination, so you can see exactly how calls are distributed across your team.

The web interface includes an SMS feature. Send text messages from your CallFactory business number directly from the dashboard. Maintain an SMS address book for quick access to frequently contacted numbers.

This is useful for sending appointment confirmations, follow-up messages after a call, or quick updates to customers — all from the same number they already know.

Secure access with personal credentials

Each user logs in with their own credentials. No call data is stored on the local device — everything runs in the browser and is tied to your account. This means you can safely access the web interface from a shared computer or a colleague’s device without leaving data behind.

For teams, you can create separate logins with appropriate access levels. A team member who only needs to toggle their availability does not need access to billing or number configuration.
