In the numbering plan there are short and long information numbers. A short number has 4 digits after the prefix, for example 0800-4030, and a long number has 7 digits, such as 0800-4000400. Short numbers are limited in availability and according to the regulator may only be issued to organizations that expect more than 2,000 minutes per month.
