A call that arrives in the Netherlands and goes on to a VoIP line in your own country costs a different amount from one to a Dutch mobile. You get that rate with your proposal; it is the one thing we cannot put on the page, because it differs per route.

Foreign numbers can be sold in two ways: by buying them in from someone else, or by holding the license yourself. You only notice the difference when something out of the ordinary is needed — an urgent change, a non-standard routing, a question from the regulator.

About Dutch phone numbers
When someone calls your Dutch phone number, you will first hear a beep or the text Dutch phone number. This will let you know how to answer a call from the Netherlands.
You can get all area codes in the Netherlands, but for local geographical numbers you need a local office.
You can get Netherlands 0800 (freephone) and 085 (national) numbers with a worldwide address. Note that 0800 toll-free numbers can only be dialed from within the Netherlands — they cannot be called from abroad.

The Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) is responsible for managing Dutch telephone numbers. They assign blocks of numbers to registered telecom providers, who then assign them to end-users. You can find more information at www.acm.nl.
