The registration
If the number needs proof of address, we submit it to the regulator. That is the only part you have to wait for.

No. Mexican toll-free 0800 numbers can only be dialed from within Mexico. Callers outside Mexico should use your local area code number or your standard business number.

Mexico uses a ten-digit closed numbering plan. All calls within Mexico are dialed as ten digits — the area code plus the subscriber number. There is no trunk prefix. International callers add +52 before the ten-digit number.
