How the whisper tone works

When a caller dials one of your phone numbers, our IVR platform connects the call and forwards it to your chosen destination — a landline, mobile, or VoIP system. Before the call is connected to you, a short audio message plays in your ear only. The caller does not hear anything; they simply hear a normal ringing tone while waiting. The whisper message tells you which phone number was dialled, so you know the context before you even say hello.
