DenyList routing
Just as you might want to allow only certain callers, there are times when you need to specifically block certain fixed and/or mobile phone numbers from getting through to your team.
This is where DenyList Routing comes in. Instead of defining who can call, you define who cannot. Any number added to your denylist will be automatically blocked, preventing them from connecting to your lines.
- Block or allow specific phone numbers
- Set filters temporarily or permanently
- Callers hear a message if access is denied
