Nothing to install or manage
No download, no app store, no updates to roll out, no administrator walking round with handsets or laptops. A new employee gets an email invitation and is calling five minutes later.
And it works on everything — Windows, Mac, a Chromebook, a tablet, a temp worker’s phone.
No per-user pricing
Anyone who ships an app issues a license per employee — and therefore charges per employee per month. That is the model at almost every provider, and it is exactly why telephony gets more expensive as you grow.
There is no program here to license. You pay for your numbers and your calls, not for the number of people making them. Adding a tenth employee costs nothing.
Better sound quality
With a softphone your voice travels through the program and over your internet connection. Poor wifi, a crowded meeting room or a train all end up audible in the call.
Here the browser is only the button. The call runs over the phone network to the phone you already have — so it sounds like an ordinary call, and you need no headset.

You can only call with a number you are allowed to use
That is why the dialer lets you pick from your own numbers and not type one in. This is not our restriction but the rules — and they are now enforced across Europe.
The number you show on the other end is your caller ID. You may only display a number you hold a right of use for. Showing a number that is not yours is spoofing — and operators across Europe actively block it.
For geographic numbers one more rule applies: a city number is only issued to a business with an address in that area, and the regulator in each country checks that address against your company registration. So a number tells someone something real about where you are. National numbers carry no such requirement, which makes them handy across locations. There is one more consequence that catches people out: a call set up from abroad showing a domestic number can get blocked. Because we ring you first and set the call up on our own platform, your call does go through — even when you are travelling.

Make outgoing business calls straight from a browser tab, without installing a softphone or turning your laptop into the phone itself. Open the dialer, choose a contact or type a number, and press Call. CallFactory first rings the phone you want to use, then calls the contact and connects both sides. You keep the speed of a browser-based workflow while the actual conversation still happens over the phone network, with your business number shown to the other person.

You do not need a special headset or a new desk phone. Choose the mobile or desk phone you already use, and CallFactory rings that device first. Once you answer, we place the outgoing call and connect you to the contact. The browser remains the control panel for choosing numbers and starting calls, while the audio stays on your phone. That makes the setup familiar for office, hybrid and remote teams, without changing how people prefer to talk.

No. Your voice does not go through the browser — that is only the button. The call runs over the phone network to the phone you already have, so you hear no difference from an ordinary call.
That is usually not a problem for the call itself. You only need the internet to use the browser controls; your voice still travels over the phone network. So weak Wi-Fi may make the page slower, but it does not turn the call into a choppy internet call.
The one you choose in Call setup. It can be your mobile, desk phone or another saved number. When you press Call, we ring that phone first; once you answer, we call the person you selected and connect the two of you.
Your business number — not the private phone we ring you on. In Call setup you choose which caller ID the contact should see, so you can use your main company number or another number assigned to your account.
Because there is no separate calling app or license to install for every employee. You invite the people who need it and they use the same browser calling setup. Your normal phone-number and call costs still apply.
