Choose a period — today, last week, last month, or go back up to one year — and the dashboard shows you: average talk time, total number of calls, the split between landline and mobile callers, and peak vs off-peak call volumes.
You also get three top 10 rankings: which endpoints receive the most calls, who your most frequent callers are, and which cities or areas people are calling from. The top 3 busiest hours tell you exactly when you need the most people available.
Two detailed charts round it off: a talk time distribution showing how many calls lasted 0–1 minutes, 1–2 minutes, and so on up to 10+ minutes, and a calls-per-hour chart showing volumes for every hour of the day.
Track performance across branches and teams
If your business has multiple numbers, branches, or teams, the top 10 endpoints ranking shows exactly how call traffic is distributed. See which branch handles the most calls and whether workload is balanced across your team.
This is especially valuable for businesses with a central business number routing to multiple locations. Combined with the top 10 caller cities, you can also track which regions are generating the most calls — useful for measuring marketing campaigns or identifying growth areas.
Export and email reports
Download all your call data as an Excel file from the dashboard — go to Statistics → Specification and click Download as Excel. All data for the selected period is exported into a single file for your own analysis, reporting, or graphs.

Combine with recording, notes, and starring
